Pallet Town -
No longer the small town it once was, the Town of Pallet has grown in size over the past ten years. This City now houses the leading center in pokémon to human relationships, Oak Laboratories as well as gaining fame for having to of its own home town trainers being high members of the Pokémon League. If you ever want a little more peace than you'll find in the larger cities visit the large fields and country type setting of Pallet Town.Viridian City -
Considered to be one of the safest cities in the Arnean Continent, the discovery of Team Rocket being housed their under the noses of the police prompted a complete wave of revamped and revolutionized police officers. The questions are, how far will they go to keep the law in place and who now runs the Viridian City Gym since Team Rocket was run out of it?Pewter City -
This rocky city was once caught in the crossfire of the Arnean/ League war has rebuild and once again returned to its normal operations. Housing the Pewter Gym and with it, the boulder badge. Pewter City is one of the eight main gyms most trainers travel to when they want to compete in the Indigo League.Cerulean City -
This water based city houses, not only the Arnean Presidential Palace and Capitol building, but the infamous Sensational Sisters Water Park and Undersea Stage. Though the Sisters have since retired from the show, their ageless beauty still brings trainers from around the world to battle them or just sit, watch, and ogle. All are currently single.Neon Town -
The City that never sleeps, well except once every six months, is a Vegas style city where gambling, beer, drunks and crime tend to be rampant. If you want to have fun, or loose your money, come and visit this city. Just try to stay away during the Jigglypuff concert held every six months or you just may find a bit of pokémon artwork on your face.
Gringy City -
Possibly the dirtiest city in Arnea, their city rejuvenation project has been put on hold and forced back for the past ten years. The Muks and Grimers are quite happy with the way the city is and continue to push it back to the same state it was. Also with the new emergence of Koffing and Weezing to bring a horrid stench to the city, it takes a massive fan, and the sweet smelling natural perfumes from Celadon to even allow the city to be inhabitable.Vermilion City -
This sea side port city houses the electric powerhouse of the Vermilion Gym. As a prospering port city many strange and unusual people visit here on their way out to the rest of Arnea. This is also the city where most exports arrive and will be the main stage for any and most travel to the Western Continent or Champonia.Porta Vista -
An island to the east of Lavender and Saffron, it is a sunny area usually bright throughout the year though it does often experience a slump when the nearby Pokémon Land closes for the rainy season. Its greatest source of income is its tourism and that is in good reasonLavender Town -
A formerly dreary town was leveled during the attack of the mewtypes as well as Lugia, in particularly, the Pokémon Tower was destroyed. As the town finally began to pick up the pieces and the gym was rebuilt, Kosh and a few others decided to convert the ruins of the tower to the radio station that is there now. Unfortunately that station has been experiencing a few problems in their normal programming. From the Lavender Gym to visiting the Arnean radio station, this area definently won't be dead and dreary.Celadon City -
Home of Celadon's Beautiful Scents as well as the largest shopping area in the Arnean Nation, it’s a wonder why it is the most populated and most visited cities in all of Arnea. The city also contains a Game Corner where trainers can trade cash for points, gamble them, and then whether they win or lose, trade their points in for Pokémon, TM's, and other items.Saffron City -
The only city in any of the Leagues to have two gyms, Fighting and Psychic, to it. It is a connecting point between Arnea and Champonia with the use of the bullet train, which travels between it and Goldenrod City. Also Saffron City is the central city in Arnea and from it you can travel almost directly to any other city in Arnea.Stone Town -
This is the city where most of the main evolutionary Stones are found. They hold an annual evolution festival which they use these stones and evolve their pokémon with them.Dark City -
This city applied for gym status years ago. Though they were denied this, they still try to become a sanctioned gym in the Pokémon League. Maybe they'll do it but only time will tell.Fuchsia City -
One of the oldest cities in Arnea it is the home to the Fuschia Gym and the Soul Badge. Another point of interest, which would cause many trainers to travel here, would be the Safari Zone, which was recently re-opened and placed under a mysterious warden. This would also be a good point to travel from if you were interested in going to a certain tropical hot spot.Sea Foam Islands -
This is a place to relax from those days of hard to the core training. The Sea Foam islands is a year around tropical and tourist attracting area. Surfing, fun, bathing suits, and the likes keep people coming to this area often, plus you can visit the temporary location of the Cinnabar gym which to was opened to the public.Cinnabar Island -
Having been covered in lava due to Lugia's indirect attacks and re-opened as an area for volcanic discovery, Cinnabar is once again a tourist attraction. Here you can visit the ruins of the old pokémon fossil lab where the fossilized remains of a lot of pokemon were preserved in the volcanic lava. Also of interest on this island would be the new Cinnabar Gym with its arenas in various "hotspots."Indigo Plateau -
Home of the Pokémon League HQ. Pretty much a small country in its own which contains its own government, police force, though they are Jenny's, and fire department, Indigo is the place where you want to be if you want to make the League a career.Landmarks
Safari Zone -
The Safari Zone was shut down to protect the pokémon and the trainers, but after the attacks and everything were over, the warden decided to leave the park close. After his passing, the park remained closed and was recently opened again when a new company began to sponsor the money for the Safari balls and placed it under the care of a new mysterious warden.Power Plant -
This place provides most of the power for Saffron City, Lavender Town, Pokémon Land, Cerulean City and other areas in Arnea. If there ever was a major power lost in the country, this would be the place to visit.Pokémon/Radio Tower -
Found in Lavender Town, this tower has a vast history dealing with Pokémon. After it was destroyed in the attacks by the mewtypes and the legendary bird of death, Lugia, the property was bought up and turned to a radio tower. It is unknown if the tower is haunted, though it is known that some of the bricks belonging to the new tower were actually part of the original.Silph Co. -
Silph Co. was a powerful technological company, till the emergence of the Project a few years back. Since the Project was defeated, Silph Co. suddenly began to once again become the leading technological facility advancing Arnea farther than before. The question though is where are they getting this technology and why is it resembling that of the project. Who now runs Silph? Is it the original owners or those who hope to bring the Project back?Game Corner -
A place where trainers can change their money into credits and the gamble it in slot machines. Whether they gain or lose credits, they can trade what they have for pokémon that can't usually be caught in the wild or with extreme difficulty.Mt. Moon -
A magical place where Clefairy run rampant and is quite possibly the only place where one would find the moon stone. It is also said that there is something else roaming through Mt. Moon. Whatever it is, its attacking trainers and pokémon alike leaving Mt. Moon to become a deserted passageway.Oak Laboratories(Pallet Town Base) -
Once the home of the great Pokémon Researcher Prof. Oak, it is now the leading place in the research of Pokémon to human relationships. It has other bases in other cities, such as the laboratory on Cinnabar, the Sea Foam, Grandpa Canyon, all of which have their own unique research division. The current head and man whom distributes the starter pokémon to new trainers for the Kanto League is Professor Tracey Sketchit.Unknown Dungeon -
This area was once closed by a massive cave in, sealing it to away from the rest of the world. Since then this area has suffered a severe earthquake and strange new pokémon have emerged from it, causing trainers to be once again attracted to the area. The League has now closed this place completely to the public with orders coming straight from the top. What is in the Unknown Dungeon and what is it the League doesn't want the others to know.Pokémon Tech -
Pokémon Tech is a technical school were people aspiring to be league trainers can travel to and learn all about Pokémon. There are three levels, beginner, which equals a person with two to four badges, intermediate equals to a person with five or six, and advance equals to a person with seven to eight. Though it curriculum is hard and the school does produce formidable trainers, it can also debate that some trainers that come from this school don't have the full knowledge and insight that only travelling to gain your badges can give. The current head instructor is a woman by the name of Professor Giselle.The House of Imite -
The home of the all-famous ditto master, Duplica, it is one of the most famous theaters in all of Arnea. Battling Duplica in the Imite arena is also a huge challenge. She is visited yearly by not only the Pokémon League Master, Ash Ketchum, but two of the Elite as well as the Pokémon League President, his wife, son, and sister.Ruins of Pokémopolis -
These ruins to the north of Pallet Town have been swarmed by Pokemon researchers, watchers, and archeologists. They have discovered many secrets and other things, including information about the first Great War which decimated the world and other things that should have been left hidden when they excavated the ruins.Pokémon Land -
This place is a pokémon based theme park, which has grown in size since it was originally built. Originally owned by Giovanni, it was seized and shut down by the Arnean Government. It was suddenly taken back by an unknown developer as soon as it was closed and has since grown to give even Disney competition.Grandpa Canyon -
This area has been under constant attack by Pokémon poachers since the discovery of ancient pokémon in eternal hibernation below. Park rangers and Jenny's try to keep those who would disturb these creatures out of the area. But what if these ancient Pokémon escaped into the wild, what chaos could they cause before they are captured, by those of the forces of good or evil.Tentacool Island -
This island is a protected pokémon reserve under the laws of Porta Vista since that fiasco years ago. People though are forgetting about it and the island is once again in danger. What will happen? Only time will tell.Maiden's Peak -
This special place holds a festival once every year marking the end of summer and honoring its immortalized maiden who is waiting for her warriors return.
